Real Soap vs. Petroleum “Soap”
Most of what’s sold as “soap” today isn’t soap at all.
True soap is made from oils. Castile soap is what you get when you saponify plant oils — olive, coconut, sunflower, castor — with potassium hydroxide. That’s the whole recipe. Ours finishes with a little organic aloe to soften it further.
